Thanksgiving.
American history , ingrained in us every year growing up that America is good…why would we ever question it?
Thats what today means for me.
My suggestion…
visit an indian casino today.
and be thankful we are all not Japanese.

Well, I made some where in the neighborhood of $600.00 from selling stuff online. It was an intense few days. It’ll take more studying from here on out to find another market. The market is still alive, but just isn’t converting to sales like it had been. I still make random sales from all the people I sent to the website that waited before they finally made the purchase. One was even from the UK…and I didn’t have ads running in the UK.
I haven’t been pursuing any online freelance work, because you just never know who you are dealing with. I’ve had some people that know what they want and how to tell me what they want, but then there’s the dumbasses. They just really don’t know how to convey messages with written word…aka typing. I did get a local job, or sometime shortly I hope to help someone with there website issues I should say.
OH!!! I FORGOT!

I turned the big 21 on Sunday! It hasn’t been too crazy yet. I’m a pretty mellow person anyhow.
I’ve been seeing this girl for a couple weeks now too. She’s amazing. I never thought I’d fall for a girl with dark hair (no offense). I have always dated girls with blonde hair, or even fake blonde..that works too. The new lady is dark haired, cute, funny, smart, and very cuddly. I think I love her. Trying to not let my thoughts ruin a good thing. Also trying not to go hog wild and drink because I really want to see her and be sober. I guess you could say she’s my anti-drug. The cutest anti-drug I’ve ever seen. She’s Hannah…aka Hannah bobanna.
I’ll try to post more often.
This week has been absolutely, positively the craziest week of my life…online that is.
Here is my earning stats for the week:

INSANE!!!!!!!
So far I’ve only been selling 1 product, but very soon I’m going to jump into more and potentially double my daily earnings. Hell, this week I made more online than my full time job. I’m sooooo addicted to putting the puzzle pieces together and making money.
Oh yeah…I have $1.07 invested so far in this. No shit.
If you read this and want more information…..I’m thinking about writing it all out, once I figure out more to the system. Timing is key, that’s for sure.
I have a few recent projects that I will be adding to my design work page tomorrow. I have been searching the web looking for design projects daily. I have 2 on the current “maybe” list. I need them to be in the portfolio.
I separated my contact form from the sidebar and put it on its own page – contact me.
Keep ‘em Separated!
I’m such a nerd.

goodnight all.
I want to make vinyl stickers for macbooks and macbook pros. I’ve been pondering creating some for windows based laptops, but currently I have no desire to even go there. I really just wanted one of these for myself and when I figured out the profit margin, I gotta sell these! That’s all that can be said. I could sell these online and for once make some money being a lazy ass and doing what I love.

I’m trying to set up a shop, using Wordpress actually. I haven’t found any plugins that I’m 100% keen on using yet.
They charge $14.00 for the sticker and $1 to ship them, depending on how many you order.
If you are reading this and would like one, leave a comment, send an email..do something!
I just completed a freelance job for a gentlemen. The site is SearchYourNiche.com and I created the images at top and bottom and edited quiet a bit of CSS / HTML code to clean up his page. He has more projects for me, so good thing I met him online. I have been placing bids on a few projects, but nothing really worthwhile on GetAFreelancer today. They just purchased Freelancer.com so I’m sure that the site is about to experience some major traffic and hopefully upgrades. They have been working on a logo for 6 fucking months. I’ve seen some of the designs, they just need to pick one. It’s a freelancing community that can’t decided on the logo! HELLO?!
Next Post...when I have time.
What a special day in America…NOT! Columbus Day for America just isn’t the most celebrated or cared about holiday on our calendar. It always falls on a Monday, which is good if you get off work to celebrate this wonderful holiday. By celebrate of course I mean sleep in until 2 PM.
Facts About Columbus Day:
Didn’t actually become a Federal holiday until 1934. Since then, we just get the day off of work to “celebrate”. From 1492 until the early 1900’s people actually celebrated the holiday the way we do July 4th today in the United States. I’m sure they didn’t have Harrah’s providing fireworks on the Ohio River back then, but they did get out in huge numbers and take note of Columbus discovering the Americas.
“Some have argued that the responsibility of contemporary governments and their citizens for allegedly ongoing acts of genocide against Native Americans are masked by positive Columbus myths and celebrations.”
Interesting quote from the Columbus Day Wikipedia page…
“The claim made here is that certain myths about Columbus, and celebrations of Columbus, make it easier for people today to avoid taking responsibility for their own actions, or the actions of their governments.”
Makes me wonder what people 200 years from now will think about 9/11?
Will they hear anything about oil? Will they see all the horrible pictures from our prison camps?
Or will we have a national memorial holiday to celebrate the fallen?
History has a weird way of controlling the future. You can quote me on that.
I actually made this flyer yesterday, but today we finalized it. I had forgotten to put a time, so I snuck that in there. Oh and I misspelled bryan…like a boss. enjoy my art, tell me if i suck.

Check out the website I made for HiFi Ninja for more info about Freezer Pop Fest 2009!
I finally got my domain issues with this blog sorted out and I am actually liking my new wordpress theme. I’m super picky when it comes to choosing a theme, because most themes are simple and really just made to link to the designer. This is a free theme that is offered from WooThemes, they have some pretty cool free designs.
For the longest time I had to have my blog on a sub domain of this domain (thejaredholland.com) because the “new and improved” Godaddy interface just fucked my mind up. I couldn’t figure it out. I finally got a good FTP program for my macbook and just got into the server and did a little spring cleaning / moving around. Everything works now except for one website, and it doesn’t function currently because of a .htaccess file. I am cluess as to why it doesn’t work. It looks good without the .htaccess file, but it won’t function at all. It’s a twitter picture website. www.tweetpic.us is the domain, if you are interested. I assume you are not.
I have been fightin the good fight against a cold / flu bug of some sorts. I hate being sick. Last night, after finally going to sleep around 1 am, I woke up an hour later. I never, ever wake up in the middle of the night, unless I’m sick. I’m about to take a heavy dose of Nyquil and lay down for a bit.
I should go to Metropolis today and check out the Blues & Ques BQQ thing, but I really don’t feel like driving today. I need to go get some soup and crackers more than I need bbq right now.
one love.
